Tweet Adder is designed to rapidly increase your number of followers, while providing all the means for you to add tweets to multiple accounts from a desktop interface.
The tools let you search for people to follow using a variety of search criteria. You can follow based on keywords in a user’s bio, keywords in their own tweets – or even the geo-location of the user. This kind of option is very, very handy if you’re running a localized business.
